We are preparing multiple programs for implementation in order to improve the skills of all company employees to ensure that we achieve the principles and missions we set ourselves when the company was first established. Special organizational development teams and workplace employees (management level centered around our partners) provide a wide range of programs.
e-Learning Program
Information on IT, business content by industry, consultations and mind business basics, etc., can be viewed at any time in our e-Learning format.
Occupational Training
Managers provide training for non-managerial workers in all occupations to improve skills that can be used in the workplace.
Technology Working Group
Lectures on keeping pace with the most up-to-date digital technologies are provided on a working group basis by architects and senior architects.
Financial Assistance for Acquiring Qualifications
The company pays up to 100,000 yen per year of the costs incurred in taking examinations for those who pass the exams, covering more than 150 different qualifications, including vendor qualifications, etc.
Counselling System
Counselling sessions are provided regularly, centered around special organizational development teams. Project/work anxieties and other issues are then followed up individually.
Participation in External Training Programs
These include programs that employees can attend with the company covering the cost of participation in order to improve AI, AWS, GCP and other individual skills.
Dirbato aims at establishing a system of support to ensure that all employees are able to achieve the career plans they desire and to improve work practices. We also promote diversity and inclusion to create workplaces in which everybody can excel.
New Business Planning System
We recruit members from inside and outside of the company, and arrange meetings with the president to welcome direct presentations.

One-on-One meeting
One-on-One meeting are provided by our female partners for all female workers once every month. Consultations are provided on an individual basis on desired topics, such as career orientation and project anxieties, etc.
Career Support Plan
We distribute information within and outside of the company on such themes as creating careers in the age of 100-year lifespans, the history of female workers up to the present day, and male workers taking leave to raise children, etc.
Information Distribution
We provide forums in which it is possible for members to nurture communications between each other and make lateral contacts, and to discuss topics on diversity.
A culture in which everybody can express and discuss topics frankly. We have created multiple forums that promote communications between management and non-management workers without discrimination, such as Employee Clubs, internal systems and various working groups, etc.
Dirbato operates more than thirty different Employee Clubs.
Examples: Baseball, table tennis, skiing, tennis, golf, futsal, badminton, bouldering, basketball, cycling, camping, mountain climbing, fishing, survival games, touring, recreation, music, manga, wine, ramen and pet clubs, etc.
Internal television programs operated by a group of volunteers (Dirbato Creative Group, a.k.a. DCG) that distributes information in order to stimulate communication within the company. Mid-entry employees can catch up on the culture prevalent within the company and the activities of other members by taking a look at past broadcasts.
